After studying at the University of Northwestern, St. Paul and receiving a B.A. in Music, Ellie began to teach improv, music, and choreography in the Twin Cities area. Her student's have ranged in age from 5 years old to 75 years old!
Ellie has been a part of Stevie Ray's Comedy Cabaret at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres for the last 7 years. Alongside comedy, she has performed in multiple choirs, theatrical productions and commercials during her time in Minnesota.
Throughout her life, Ellie has met so many people who have thought they were tone-deaf, musically inept, or just hadn't grown up with a musical background. She believes that musical skill can be learned at any age as long as you have the desire to learn.
Ellie's philosophy is that music and voice lessons should be fun! Whether you want to study so you can sing at church, nail a karaoke song, or enhance your shower concerts; learning to sing should be an enjoyable experience and build your confidence.
